  • We currently ship across India only.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
    • Other Locations: 6–10 business days
  • Weekends and public holidays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value (announced on our website).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • If your order is lost or excessively delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the order date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of your order to initiate a return.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Items must be free of pet hair, dirt, odor, chew marks, or signs of wear.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued via Apne Pets E-Gift Card to the email on your order.
  • Items failing inspection will not qualify for a refund.
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive the item.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

  • Items purchased during holiday, clearance, or seasonal sales.
  • Personalized/custom products.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective/damaged product, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • Claims made after 3 days will not qualify for return or replacement.
